Espacio Food & Service y AOA Chile, colaboran en la organización del «Pabellón Sabor Orgánico y Sustentable de Chile y el Mundo», un espacio dedicado a promover y destacar la gastronomía orgánica tanto nacional como internacional. Esta iniciativa busca resaltar los productos orgánicos de alta calidad, fomentando su consumo y promoviendo la sustentabilidad en la industria alimentaria. Y especialmente la Comercialización de compras públicas y privadas.
El pabellón presenta una variedad de productos orgánicos provenientes de Chile y de diferentes partes del mundo. Además de la exhibición de productos, el espacio ofrece actividades como charlas, rueda de negocios y degustaciones, donde expertos en el tema comparten información sobre los beneficios de los alimentos orgánicos, y tendencias en la cocina orgánica.
La colaboración entre Espacio Food & Service y AOA Chile permite que el pabellón sea un punto de encuentro para compradores, productores, consumidores, chefs, supermercados (físico y online) y profesionales del sector gastronómico interesados en la alimentación orgánica y en el desarrollo de prácticas más amigables con el medio ambiente. Esta iniciativa contribuye a fortalecer la industria orgánica en Chile y a promover una alimentación más consciente y saludable.
